If you are a PhD candidate at the CA²RE+ Consortium institutions (LJUBLJANA, AARHUS, GHENT, BERLIN, MILANO, PORTO, HAMBURG, TRONDHEIM, DELFT), special conditions apply. Selected participants need to:

  • attend the 5 full days of the conference;
  • present their doctoral work-in-progress;
  • participate actively in the discussions and plenary sessions;
  • provide written feedback about the impact of the Intensive Study Programme activity;
  • submit the presentation/publication/exhibition materials following the instructions of the CA²RE+ contact at your institution.

With their application, the CA²RE+ candidates accept the conditions described.

If conditions allow a face2face meeting in Delft, the accepted CA²RE+ applicants traveling to Delft get free access to the CA²RE+ event and, the best ones, financial travel support, based on Erasmus+ rules. The general acceptance borderline is the same for all the candidates: CA2RE and CA2RE+. For the travel support, the CA²RE+ Consortium will select the best eligible accepted candidates from each CA²RE+ Consortium institution, mentioned above. In the initial Erasmus+ plan there are 3 places for each institution available at each event.
